STANDARD-SIZE PRINTS

The NOVELTY Range of pictures are available in two different forms.
The PFB, or Paper on Foamcore Boad, is light-weight so it can easily be placed on a wall by using double-sided sticky tapes, or simply placed on a mini easel stand as a stand-alone display.
The other option is a conventional Paper Print, which is printed on a 8.3” x 11.7” (210mm x 297mm) paper and is ideal for framing.
The image size for both PFB and Paper Print is 7.9” x 7.9” (200mm x 200mm).

CUSTOM-SIZE PRINTS

Custom-size prints are available for both PFB (Paper on Foamcoare Board) and Paper Print.
For PFB (Paper on Foamcoare Board), any size smaller than 7.9” x 7.9” (200mm x 200mm) can be ordered.
The image size that can be ordered for Paper Print is the same as PFB (smaller than 7.9 “ x 7.9” / 200mm x 200mm), but the image will be printed on 8.3” x 11.7” (210mm x 297mm) paper.

For the NOVELTY Range of pictures, we use Pictorico Pro White Film which is one of the most highly rated print papers in the industry. It has a high gloss finish with crystal coating that delivers rich and vibrant color, brilliance and detail clarity. It is also highly fade-resistant so your pictures remain fresh with rich colors much longer than other types of paper in the same class.

Prints are created directly from the original, uncompressed files with Adobe RGB Color Space.

The color-managed professional printers we use have a much larger color reproduction capability than the conventional consumer printers with CMYK color range. As a result, our prints represent the colors as they were originally intended and are identical from one copy to another in terms of how each color is depicted.

PRINT TYPES:

We offer 2 types of prints: "PFB (Paper on Foamcoare Board)" and "Paper Prints."

PFB is printed on the Pictorico Pro White Film and attached to a 7mm-thick foamcore board with the fixed dimensions of 7.9" x 7.9" (200mm x 200mm).
It is light-weight so it can be placed on a wall by using double-sided sticky tapes.
You can also put it on a small stand as shown on the image below, or simply prop it against the wall.

PAPER PRINTS are also printed on the Pictorico Pro White Film but they are not attached to the foamcore board, and thus are suitable for for placing inside picture frames.
The standard print size is a 7.9" x 7.9" (200mm x 200mm) image printed on 8.3" x 11.7" (210mm x 297mm) paper.

The standard print size for PFB is 7.9" x 7.9" (200mm x 200mm) with no margin,and for Paper Prints, it is a 7.9" x 7.9" (200mm x 200mm) image printed on 8.3" x 11.7" (210mm x 297mm) paper.

CUSTOM-SIZE PRINT is also available for both PFB and Paper Prints. Please refer to the diagram below for image dimensions that can be ordered:

Shimanto River is said to be Japan’s last “Seiryu,” or the clear stream of water with well-preserved surroundings. Located in Kochi Prefecture of Shikoku, the river is also known for having many low water crossings without railings, which all submerge when typhoon hits the region.

It was a very warm day in late August, and I was stunned to see such a massive amount of water flowing so silently.

One might grow up in the countryside and be baffled to see the view of a big city for the first time.

I stood on a narrow crossing and was completely at a loss, for there was no sound, no buildings, and no cars. A long forgotten feeling…

I wanted to stay there long enough to remember what life once felt like, and was filled with sadness as I knew I had to move on.

One day, I thought… I shall return.
